Role Overview: - We are looking for a Product Lead/Director of Product to lead multiple product areas at a company-wide level. - This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining strategy, driving execution and scaling product impact across the core platform and AI initiatives. You will report to the Head of Product & AI Initiatives and have a company-wide influence on how our product, teams and culture evolve. - You will operate as a strategic partner to Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and executive leadership, owning how product decisions translate into business outcomes, customer value, and long-term competitive advantage. - You will define product vision, align teams around clear priorities, and ensure we deliver high-impact solutions as our AI and platform capabilities expand. - You will lead the design of end-to-end user experiences across complex, multi-step workflows where clarity, speed, and trust are non-negotiable. Your work will directly shape how revenue teams interact with AI: from voice agents and outbound dialling to coaching, automation and messaging. Responsibilities: - Define and execute on a long-term product vision, strategy and alignment to ensure executive alignment and that EPD teams are creating compelling, bold and coherent products . - Translate business objectives into product outcomes, including higher retention, improved engagement, faster project setup and delivery and increased customer satisfaction. Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with key customers to understand their needs and translate market feedback into actionable insights. - Establish clear product success metrics tied to business outcomes such as call connect rates, AI agent resolution, sales productivity, time-to-value for customers, platform reliability, and revenue impact. - Hire, retain, grow and mentor a high-performing PM team, fostering a culture of velocity, accountability, and measurable impact. Influence AI product direction and establish a foundational platform for embedding AI across all offerings. Define and champion what "great" looks like for AI-powered workflows Job Requirements: - 7+ years of product management/leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML infrastructure, or marketplace platforms, with 5+ years directly managing product managers. Track record of building complex, multi-surface products spanning multiple different stakeholders. - Experience shipping AI-powered or highly technical products across multiple product areas or a large platform; Experience developing agentic or multi-turn AI experiences. Understanding of AI and how to implement AI systems into existing portfolios of products. - Customer empathy and proven ability to translate end-user requirements into high-leverage product capabilities. - Demonstrated operational rigor and ability to deliver measurable improvements in quality, retention and efficiency. Excellent judgment - you know when to go deep, when to delegate, and when to push.
