Lead/Head - Institutional Equities - Infra & Auto

About:

- Lead and scale institutional equity research with focus on Infra and Auto sectors. Drive sector strategy, client engagement, and high-quality research output. Mentor analysts, ensure strong financial modeling, valuation, and insightful coverage, and act as a key interface with institutional investors and sales teams. Proven leadership and deep sector exposure required.

- Partner closely with Investment Banking and ECM teams to support deal origination through sector insights, valuations, and market positioning.

- Provide pre-IPO and transaction-linked research, including equity stories, peer benchmarking, and investor-ready materials.

- Maintain strong relationships with promoters, CXOs, and institutional investors to enhance franchise value and deal execution.

- Support capital market transactions (IPOs, QIPs, blocks) with timely research, demand assessment, and investor feedback.

- Uphold high governance, compliance, and research integrity standards while delivering differentiated, actionable insights.
