Position : GTM Lead Reporting to : the Business Head Location : Mumbai - Only local candidates from Mumbai apply, should have experience in B2C industry. Experience : 5-12 years Key Deliverables : - Develop and implement efficient sales processes to improve overall sales productivity. Sales Team Support : - Providing the sales team with the tools, resources, and support needed to achieve their targets. System Utilization : - Implementation of tools for increasing sales throughput Performance Dashboards : - Create and maintain sales performance dashboards for real-time tracking of key metrics. Training Programs : - Develop and oversee training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team. Compliance and Reporting : - Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, and generate regular compliance reports. Key Responsible Areas (KRA) : Process Efficiency : - Streamlining and optimizing sales processes to reduce cycle times and increase efficiency. - Infrastructure Build up - Driving the Key strategic Objective of Infrastructure Build up through leading Operation Blue Across the PL and driving appointment of both DI and DL across the country in Gap Towns identified. - FOS productivity - Leading the Deployment and Life Cycle management of the Indirect Field Force to increase the Numeric reach and build on the Direct Distribution Model for the Business. - Partnering with a Expert agency to build a structured plan on life cycle management. - Customer Marketing Initiatives - Ensuring that the key programs to enhance Customer Experience and Extract higher business ex CC Club, Dealer premier League are developed, managed and executed in the Best possible manner in collaboration with the CTM Team. - Ensure the Business Planning process at the Region level is strengthened at Both geography /Category level. - Deployment of Targets at customer / Employee level for Incentives and Driving Business performance. - Implementation of the Business performance Dashboards for the Division to strengthen the Review process and build a fact based Decision making culture.
