About the Role:

- We are seeking a Growth Program Lead who will take ownership of driving Bejobbeds

- Flagship programs across top B-schools. This role blends execution, program management, and stakeholder coordination with the excitement of building something meaningful for

- Indias next generation of leaders.

- Youll work closely with senior leadership, mentors, and corporate partners to shape and deliver impactful career development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of Bejobbeds career acceleration programs across MBA campuses.

- Build relationships with placement committees, faculty, and student leaders to strengthen campus engagement.

- Understand campus placement mechanics selection criteria, recruiter expectations, and student aspirations.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training, mentoring, and internship modules.

- Track and report key program metrics (student performance, feedback, and outcomes).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Education: MBA from a reputed B-school (Tier 1/Tier 2 preferred).

- Experience: 02 years in program management, HR, campus relations, or business operations.

- Deep understanding of campus placement processes and student engagement dynamics.

- Strong execution mindset takes ownership, delivers consistently, and manages multiple priorities.

- Analytical, structured thinker with a problem-solving approach.

- High integrity, hunger to learn, and ability to work in a startup environment.

- Based in Mumbai (preferred); flexible work setup available.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across levels.
