- Strong Supply-Side Growth Product Leader Profiles

- Must have 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, or Partnerships roles.

- Must have owned or led supply-side product strategy, including partner sourcing, onboarding, and management across diverse categories.

- Experience working with partner integrations, APIs, and backend systems.

- B2B SaaS Product Based Companies (e-commerce, fintech, or a marketplace company is highly preferred)

- Must have hands-on experience with commercial negotiations, understanding partner P&Ls, and P&L metrics

Role & Responsibilities

To strategically expand and manage company's entire ecosystem of rewards and incentives. You will own the product strategy for our supply network, ensuring we have a compelling, diverse, and operationally excellent catalog of rewards for our clients.

What You'll Do:

- Supply Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for sourcing, onboarding, and managing reward partners. Identify new categories and types of incentives that align with client needs.

- Partnerships & Negotiation: Lead the charge in identifying and building relationships with new supply partners. You will be responsible for understanding partner P&Ls, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship.

- Product Integration: Own the product roadmap for all supply-side technology. This includes partner APIs, integration workflows, inventory management systems, and fulfillment logic.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment and reconciliation process for all incentives and rewards. Build product solutions to make these operations more efficient and scalable.

- P&L Management: You will be responsible for the health of the supply side of thevbusiness, constantly optimizing for margin, partner satisfaction, and reward catalogbbreadth.

Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience in a Product Management, Business Development, and Partnerships role, ideally in e-commerce, fintech, or a marketplace company. 7+years of experience

- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in negotiation and P&L management.

- Experience working with APIs, partner integrations, and backend systems.

- A deep understanding of operations, logistics, or fulfilment processes is highly desirable.

- Ability to think strategically about market trends and build a compelling, long-term supply-side vision.
