Role Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Growth (D2C) to lead our next phase of digital expansion. This role will own the end-to-end D2C P&L, drive customer acquisition at scale, strengthen retention engines, and build a premium digital experience that mirrors the brand's identity. A key part of this mandate will also be building and scaling a high-performing growth team across performance marketing, CRM, CRO, and analytics as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the D2C P&L:
- Deliver monthly revenue targets with strong unit economics
- Set and manage AOV, CAC, LTV, CVR, ROAS benchmarks
- Forecast demand and collaborate with inventory planning, product & operations teams
2. Performance Marketing Leadership:
- Scale paid media (Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates)
- Drive efficient CAC and channel profitability
- Build full-funnel strategies - from awareness to conversion to retention
- Run fast-paced creative and audience experiments
3. Website & Conversion (CRO):
- Own the complete Shopify experience
- Improve CVR through UX, landing pages, A/B testing
- Ensure the website reflects our premium brand aesthetic
- Deploy analytics tools (heatmaps, funnel trackers)
4. CRM, Loyalty & Retention:
- Build lifecycle journeys across Email, WhatsApp, Push, SMS
- Drive strong repeat rates and customer engagement
- Build sophisticated segmentation frameworks
5. Data, Analytics & Insights:
- Build dashboards for growth KPIs
- Run cohort analyses; monitor LTV, CAC, retention curves
- Use insights to iterate on funnels, product mixes, and campaigns
6. Category & Launch Strategy:
- Lead D2C-first launches for new categories
- Plan full-funnel launch strategies & gifting calendars
- Build scalable playbooks with brand & creative teams
7. Team Building & Leadership:
- Hire, structure, and scale a high-performance growth team
- Build capabilities across performance marketing, CRM, CRO, analytics, content testing
- Mentor team members and set up clear KPIs & review rhythms
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Brand, Design, Product, Operations, CRM & Retail
- Drive storytelling x performance synergy with creative teams
What We're Looking For:
- 6-+ years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing, analytics, or e-commerce
- Proven experience scaling D2C revenue meaningfully
- Strong analytical and creative instincts
- Hands-on with performance channels, CRO, website optimisation and CRM
- Experience building and mentoring teams
- Bias for action, experimentation, and rapid problem-solving
- Exposure to fashion/beauty/lifestyle categories is a plus.
