We are hiring a Growth & GTM Lead for a high-growth digital/insights platform. This is a leadership role focused on enterprise client acquisition, GTM strategy, and product-led growth enablement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of B2B product sales, SaaS/consulting experience, and GTM execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end India GTM strategy and new client acquisition across priority sectors like CPG, Retail, e-commerce, D2C, Consumer space
- Own the product-led growth motion, enabling conversions from freemium to paid.
- Manage enterprise client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to CXOs.
- Partner with product & research teams to sharpen value propositions and enhance adoption.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Contribute to thought leadership, pitches, and market positioning.
Candidate Profile:
- 8-12 years of experience in B2B product sales, GTM strategy, or product-led growth.
- Prior exposure to SaaS, consulting, or market intelligence platforms preferred.
- Strong track record in enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, outcome-driven, and able to scale products from 0- 1 and 1- N.
