Lead - Growth & Category - eCommerce

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, define, and execute the overall demand generation and growth strategy across multiple channels.

- Drive revenue acceleration by advising sellers on pricing, promotions, assortment planning, and campaign initiatives to improve sales velocity.

- Ensure high catalog standards by overseeing product listing quality, accuracy, completeness, and visual appeal.

- Build and implement merchandising strategies for homepage placements, category pages, and marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and conversion.

- Partner with product, content, and tech teams to improve catalog discoverability and user navigation.

- Own the complete customer lifecycleincluding customer experience, NPS, loyalty, and repeat engagementwithin the category.

- Lead data-driven decision-making and performance measurement through strong analytical rigor and KPI tracking.

- Collaborate cross-functionally and provide leadership to drive category growth and business goals.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in E-commerce, D2C, consumer internet, or online marketplace environments.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a key growth, category management, or revenue leadership role.

- Deep expertise in catalog management, customer experience improvement, and merchandising strategies.

- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue, optimizing demand channels, and executing integrated performance and brand campaigns.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, modeling, and performance measurement.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving business environment.
