Role: Lead - Government Advisory
Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a senior professional with deep experience working with State Government systems and senior government leadership to lead high-impact government advisory engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex government advisory engagements and support the implementation of flagship initiatives.
- Build and manage relationships with senior government officials, donor partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Work closely with government leadership to understand priorities and drive effective implementation.
- Lead teams and ensure project milestones, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Identify opportunities to deepen and expand existing government partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior government counterparts and contribute to future government advisory opportunities.
We're Looking For:
- 15-20 years of overall professional experience with strong experience working with government officials.
- 10+ years of experience working with State Government is mandatory.
- Experience engaging with Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries, senior bureaucrats, and government leadership.
- Experience working with politicians/elected representatives will be an advantage.
- Strong experience in administrative reforms, governance, and public-sector systems.
- Experience driving or implementing large-scale government initiatives.
- Marathi speaking, reading & writing is mandatory.
- Candidates with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture will be preferred, but this is not mandatory.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
- Notice period should not exceed 30 Days.
