Role Overview:
As our GTM Lead, you are not just executing a marketing plan; you are building the growth machine from scratch. This is a "zero-to-one" role designed for a growth hacker who can identify market opportunities, build acquisition channels, and convert demand into revenue.
We are looking for a Systems-Builder who is AI-native. You should be able to leverage AI tools to automate market research, personalized outbound at scale, and funnel analysis. You move quickly from insight to execution, making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information.
Responsibilities:
- Market Mapping & ICP Discovery: You will use data and AI-assisted research to find where the real money is moving.
- AI-Scaled Content & SEO: Build an authority engine. Using AI to scale output without sacrificing expert-level credibility.
- Cluster-Based Outbound: Design and run outbound sequences using Clay, Apollo, and AI-personalization.
- Funnel Engineering: Track CAC, LTV, and payback periods by segment, treating the funnel as a product that needs constant optimization.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and build compounding distribution channels via referral networks and co-marketing engagements.
- Sales Enablement: Build the "Battlecards," ROI calculators, and collateral that help the founders close high-value accounts.
- GTM Infrastructure: Build the growth tech stack-CRM hygiene, automated reporting, and dashboards-so that what works can be scaled or handed off systematically.
Requirements:
- 3-6 Years in GTM/Growth: You've been in the trenches at a Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth B2B startup.
- AI-Native Operating Model (Non-Negotiable): You can demonstrate a stack where AI accelerates your research, outbound, and content. You don't wait for a writer or an analyst; you use a tool or build a prompt.
- 0 - 1 Experience: You have built a channel, a vertical, or a business line from scratch. You are comfortable with "Empty Page" problems.
- Data-Driven & Rigorous: You think in cohorts, conversion rates, and unit economics. You make decisions with incomplete data but adjust fast based on what the metrics say.
- High Agency: You don't wait for permission. You see a gap in the market, you plan the fix, and you ship it.
