Description:
In this role, you will structure, lead, and continuously improve the global S&OP process, ensuring execution aligned with strategic and financial objectives. You will drive alignment across demand, supply, and financial planning while championing process excellence and digital transformation. Your insights will support strategic decision-making across multiple business areas. This position reports to the Head of Global Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the monthly S&OP cadence with relevant stakeholders, ensuring structured planning and decision-making.
- Schedule, facilitate, and follow up on S&OP meetings with clear accountability for actions and outcomes.
- Enforce standardized governance processes across regions and business areas to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Partner with IT to digitalize S&OP systems, including scenario modeling, risk analysis, and reporting tools.
- Lead transformation initiatives for advanced planning systems, embedding new ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Drive change management efforts by training and upskilling global and regional teams.
- Benchmark global best practices and implement improvements to strengthen and future-proof the supply chain.
