Overview:
- The Leader of HR Operations & Services is a pivotal role that ensures seamless delivery of human resources services across a global organization.
- This individual will oversee critical HR functions, including global payroll and benefits administration, data integrity, and the development of HR dashboards and global compensation practices.
- They will also spearhead human resources administration processes to ensure operational efficiency, consistency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
- This position requires a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset and a strong capacity for operational execution in a fast-paced, international environment with the ability to get into details.
Location: Bangalore.
Working model: Hybrid, quite flexible.
What You'll Do In Your Role:
- Modernize HR with AI: You'll bring in new technologies like AI and automation to make HR tasks easier and faster, especially for things like hiring, paying employees, and creating HR reports.
- You'll also make it simpler for employees and managers to help themselves using online tools.
- Manage HR Data: You'll ensure all HR data is accurate and secure.
- You'll also create reports and dashboards to help the company understand its workforce better, track trends, and make smart decisions.
- This involves working with the IT team to improve HR systems.
- Oversee Compensation: You'll determine fair pay for different jobs, set salary ranges, and ensure the company's pay structure is competitive and aligns with company goals.
- This includes reviewing market trends and conducting salary surveys.
- Streamline HR Operations: You'll set up and maintain HR policies, manage administrative tasks related to employees (like hiring and leaving the company), and lead a team that provides excellent HR support to employees and managers worldwide.
- You'll also handle tough HR issues and conduct regular checks to ensure everything is compliant.
- Lead Your Team: You'll build and manage a strong HR team, focusing on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- You'll also mentor your team members and work with other leaders in the company to ensure HR goals support overall business objectives.
- You'll also be a champion for diversity and inclusion.
- Temporarily, you would also oversee Global Payroll and Benefits for EMEA, before shifting most of the payroll responsibilities to our finance team.
What You'll Need:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (Master's preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing global payroll, benefits, and HR shared services.
- Experience with HR software like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP.
- Strong analytical skills to understand data and use it to make decisions.
- Experience managing HR for multiple countries.
- A deep understanding of global employment laws and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills, with a strong focus on helping employees.
