Lead - Global Controller - CA

Description: We are looking Candidates who have expertise into Month End Entries/Automation ,Reconciliation,Flux/Financial Review/BS PL analysis ,Blackline Consolidation reporting.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

Experience:

- 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance Controllership, Consolidations, and Intercompany Accounting within a global or large-scale organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end financial controllership activities, including month-end close, reconciliations, and consolidation of financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (IND AS / IFRS) and accurate application in financial reporting.

- Drive intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes, ensuring timely resolution of mismatches and proper eliminations.

- Lead and review month-end and quarter-end close activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple global stakeholders to streamline accounting and reporting operations.

- Support or lead finance transformation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring performance excellence and capability development.

- Assist with audit requirements, both internal and external, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines.

Technical Skills & Systems Experience:

- ERP Systems: SAP (mandatory)

- Reconciliation Tools: BlackLine (good to have)

- Reporting Systems: Oracle FCCS & PBCS (good to have)

- Advanced Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, automation, and reporting
