We're Hiring: Consultant& Manager - Data & AI Strategy

Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad

Area of Work: Data & AI Strategy

What You'll Do:

- Define and drive AI & Gen AI strategies for enterprise clients

- Lead AI use case discovery, solution design, and POC development

- Guide teams on implementation roadmaps, platform evaluation, and responsible AI frameworks

- Leverage platforms like Azure, AWS, Google Vertex, Gemini, OpenAI, Bedrock, etc.

- Build financial proposals and define business value frameworks

What We're Looking For:

- MBA from Tier-1 institute

- 5-10 years in Strategy Consulting + 3+ years in Data & AI transformation

- Experience designing end-to-end AI & Gen AI solutions

- Hands-on with cloud AI platforms (Google, Azure, AWS, etc.)

- Knowledge of Responsible AI, Enterprise Architecture, and IT Strategy

- Strong experience in leading large teams and managing senior client stakeholders

- Preferred industry expertise in BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Life Sciences, or similar

Bonus Skills:

- Cloud AI Certifications (Azure, AWS, Google)

- Understanding of Agentic AI, Cognitive methods, and Data Supply Chain

- Public speaking & C-level stakeholder management
