Lead - Fundraising

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Fundraising Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with companys growth goals.

- Focus on CSR partnerships, institutional donors, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and corporate sponsorships.

- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, conducting thorough market research

2. Donor & Partnership Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with donors, ensuring engagement and retention.

- Manage the full lifecycle of CSR grants, including reporting, renewals, and compliance.

- Represent company at donor meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand our funding network.

3. Proposal development & Grant Management:

- Lead the creation of high-quality grant proposals, donor reports, and fundraising pitches.

- Collaborate with program teams to ensure alignment between donor priorities and company impact.

- Ensure timely reporting and accountability for all secured grants.

4. Entrepreneurial Execution & Ownership:

- Work independently and proactively, taking full ownership of fundraising efforts in a lean, fast-paced environment.

- Drive fundraising initiatives directly, with support from the founders rather than relying on a large team.
