Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Fund Finance Lead to join our Asset Based Finance (ABF) team within the Structured Finance Group. You will lead investment management, underwriting, and monitoring activities for a diverse portfolio of Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), RMBS, and CMBS deals for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Deal Management : Lead ABF deal analysts in investment management and monitoring of structured finance transactions.

IC Memos : Drive Investment Committee approval memos with full deal lifecycle understanding.

Term Sheets & Closing Docs : Analyze credit agreements, indentures, and note purchase agreements; set up post-closing monitoring processes.

Due Diligence : Perform pre-deal due diligence and collateral pool stratification using Python.

Surveillance & Reporting : Oversee surveillance data updates and create management presentations (one-pagers) for public/private deals.

Cashflow Modeling : Develop and update cashflow models for structured finance deals; run stress scenarios and analyze impact on repayments.

Collateral Analysis : Supervise asset-level one-pagers for underwriting and post-deal monitoring.

Asset Valuation : Track revaluation events and ensure accurate collateral pricing.

Sector-Level Analysis : Lead monthly sector-level presentations and proactively escalate risks to senior management.

Covenant Monitoring : Monitor deal-level covenants/KPIs and support portfolio-level analytics.

Ad Hoc Projects : Assess macro-event impacts as requested by senior management.

Client Compliance : Ensure adherence to investor requirements from an investment management perspective.

Data & Tools : Leverage Intex, Python, Tableau, Street Diligence, and Sigma for advanced analysis and visualization.

Skills Required :

- MBA in Finance, CFA, or CA qualification (mandatory)

- Mandatory experience in: Securitization, RMBS, CMBS, Structured Finance

- Only candidates from Investment Banking (IB) background
