You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies to provide actionable insights that mitigate institutional risk and safeguard organizational integrity. By bridging the gap between deep financial analysis and advanced forensic technology, you will drive the strategic direction of our investigations, ensuring that our findings withstand the highest levels of judicial and regulatory scrutiny while protecting the firms reputation and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement sophisticated fraud analytics frameworks that proactively identify red flags and systemic vulnerabilities across business units.

- Lead high-stakes interactions with external auditors, law enforcement, and legal teams to present complex forensic evidence and influence organizational risk mitigation strategies.

- Oversee the integration of forensic technology and data analytics tools to streamline evidence collection and enhance the accuracy of financial reconstructions.

- Mentor a team of forensic professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ethical rigor while managing project timelines and resource allocation.

- Advise senior management on internal control enhancements based on investigative outcomes to prevent future occurrences of financial malfeasance.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in conducting large-scale forensic investigations and statutory audits, with a proven track record of managing complex fraud cases in high-growth markets.

- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and forensic technology tools, with the ability to translate raw data into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for conducting sensitive interviews and presenting findings to board-level executives and legal authorities.

- Strong command of risk management frameworks and compliance standards, ensuring all investigative activities align with local Nigerian regulations and international best practices.

- A strategic mindset that balances technical precision with business acumen, allowing for effective decision-making in high-pressure, on-site environments.

- Professional qualification such as CFE, CA, or ACCA is highly preferred, complemented by 14 - 18 years of progressive experience in forensic accounting or internal audit functions.
