Position: Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis

Role:

- Provide key insights to the management team through various analytics of business performance.

- Facilitate the decision making process through effective evaluation of different scenarios and drive budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.

- Partner with business functions on strategic projects for improving growth and profitability.

Job Description:

- Responsible for month-end related activities and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials to the group.

- Circulation of various MIS reports to group and internal management.

- Analysis of financial performance of business and providing insights to business leadership team for decision making.

- Preparation of annual budget, rolling forecast, long range plans, scenarios and reports.

- Cash flow and working capital management.

- Digital projects for improved analytics and processes.

- Pricing analysis and new product pricing.

- Structured cost analysis.

- Strategic projects including Tariff / Non-Tariff measures, growth initiatives, new business evaluation, and growth capex.

Requirements:

- Educational qualification: CA / CMA.

- Experience: 12 - 15 years for CA; 14 - 18 years for CMA.

- Good exposure in an FP&A role in the manufacturing sector.

- Should be an agile finance business partner.

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Business and commercial acumen.

- Ability to handle multiple data sets.

- Working knowledge of SAP and other digital BI tools.

- Team leadership and diverse stakeholder management.

- Ability to work cross functional and locations.

- Solutions mindset and learning agility.
