Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to lead financial planning, profitability management and business performance. The role will work closely with business and functional leaders to drive profitability, cost optimization, revenue growth and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Profitability Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve cluster profitability through cost optimization, pricing interventions and enhanced operational efficiency.

- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business and cluster performance, including margins, revenue and key financial metrics. Provide actionable insights and periodic reports to senior management.

- Budgeting & Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process for the assigned cluster and closely monitor performance against budgets and financial targets.

- Cost Control & Efficiency: Partner with cluster and operational leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve cost structures and drive operational effectiveness.

- Revenue & NSR Growth: Collaborate with sales, marketing and business teams to identify opportunities for revenue and NSR improvement.

- Business Performance Management: Track key performance indicators, identify performance gaps and work with stakeholders on corrective actions.

- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive developments and industry benchmarks to support commercial and financial decision-making.

- Business Partnering: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and other functions to align financial and profitability objectives and address business challenges.

Candidate Profile:

- CA or MBA (Finance) is mandatory.

- Prior experience within the manufacturing sector is mandatory.

- Strong experience in FP&A, business finance, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.

- Demonstrated exposure to cost management, margin improvement and business performance analysis.

- Strong commercial orientation with the ability to partner with senior business stakeholders.

- Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.

- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
