Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis - Insurance - CA

Job Description :

The purpose of the role is to plan, direct and lead the Formulation & achievement of Long-term Operating Plan for the entire organization including all sales channels, operations and support functions, drive Organisation Annual Operating Plan for consolidation, finalization of key assumptions, initiatives and sensitivities, collaborate with the other work stream owners on various proposals on ongoing basis.

KRA's :

- Formulation and Monitoring of AOP

- Partner with Channel Heads towards achievement of Sales Targets synergized with Organizational Goals

- Ensure timely reporting, data integrity, implement automation tools and training the team

- Plan modules consolidation, Actuarial assumptions, Finalizing sensitivities

Ideal Profile :

- Must be CA with 7+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis from Insurance Industry
