Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis - Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.

- Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and risks.

- Provide scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling for business decisions.

Business Performance Management:

- Analyze revenue, profitability, operating expenses, and key business drivers.

- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.

- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.

- Track and report key financial and operational KPIs.

Strategic Finance & Decision Support:

- Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities.

- Support business cases, ROI analysis, and capital allocation decisions.

- Assist leadership with strategic planning and financial impact assessments.

- Drive profitability improvement initiatives across business units.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management:

- Prepare presentations and financial insights for senior leadership and board reviews.

- Collaborate with Accounting, Commercial, Operations, HR, and other functional teams.

- Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data and reporting.

Process Improvement & Systems:

- Enhance financial planning processes, reporting automation, and forecasting accuracy.

- Leverage ERP, BI, and planning tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.

- Support implementation and optimization of FP&A systems and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

- CA, CMA, CPA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 6-10+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance roles.

- Experience in high-growth, multinational, technology, consumer, manufacturing, or services environments preferred.
