Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG/Beverages Firm - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/CA

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Partner closely with business and finance leadership to track and interpret business performance across functions

- Drive monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and identification of key financial and operational drivers

- Support the Annual Business Planning cycle, including operating plans, targets, and long-range outlooks

- Enable effective P&L and balance sheet management to ensure delivery against business commitments

- Own monthly and quarterly management reporting with a strong focus on accuracy, relevance, and insights

- Work with cross-functional teams to build rolling forecasts for P&L and cash flows

- Analyze trends across key KPIs and lead performance improvement initiatives

- Support strategic and special projects including new business cases, investments, and scale initiatives

- Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data used for leadership decision-making

Skills and Qualifications -

- Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Tier 1(mandatory)

- 8-14+ years of experience across FP&A, finance, strategy, or business-facing finance roles

- Strong grounding in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics

- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-accountability environments

- High ownership, problem-solving orientation, and stakeholder maturity
