Lead - FP&A and Business Analytics

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially oriented Lead - FP&A and Business Analytics to work closely with the MD and CEO and drive data-led financial and business decision-making.
The role sits at the intersection of Finance, Business Analytics, Data, AI and Strategy. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with data, financial modelling and analytics, and should be able to independently identify business insights, build models and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for management.
This is an individual contributor role where capability, analytical depth and problem-solving ability are more important than team-management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive driver-based budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial modelling.
- Analyse P&L, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital and ROCE.
- Conduct plant, customer, product and part-level profitability analysis.
- Build EBITDA bridges, variance analysis and scenario/sensitivity models.
- Analyse SAP and operational data to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and leverage SQL/data analytics for reporting.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity, working-capital and profitability improvement.
- Support strategic business decisions through data-driven analysis and financial modelling.
- Automate FP&A, MIS and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Ideal profile:
Strong in Excel, Financial Modelling, Power BI, SQL and FP&A, with exposure to AI/Python/automation. The role is individual-contributor focused, requiring someone who personally works with data and builds solutions rather than primarily managing a team.
