About the Company:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Financial Operations function, ensuring efficiency across billing, collections, and revenue processes.
- Drive operational excellence across accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Monitor and analyse key operational and financial KPIs to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
- Build and streamline processes, controls, and governance frameworks across the O2C lifecycle.
- Drive data-backed insights to improve working capital, reduce DSO, and enhance process efficiency.
- Own and manage reporting cadence, dashboards, and MIS for financial operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to resolve complex business and process challenges.
- Lead transformation initiatives including automation, process optimisation, and standardisation.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the financial operations framework and drive corrective actions.
- Lead and mentor a team, driving performance, capability building, and process ownership.
- Work closely with senior leadership, presenting actionable insights and operational improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
- 4-12 years of experience in O2C, financial operations, shared services, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, billing, collections, and working capital management.
- Experience in process improvement, transformation, and automation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL (BI tools preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing teams and working with senior leadership.
Strong Preferences:
- Candidates from shared services / GCC / BPO environments looking to transition into an industry role.
- Prior experience handling high-volume / large-scale transaction environments, preferably in industries such as e-commerce, fintech, retail, telecom, BFSI, or other transaction-heavy businesses.
