Lead - Financial & Regulatory Reporting | Banking / Financial Services

We are looking for an experienced finance professional for a leadership role in Financial & Regulatory Reporting with strong exposure to Balance Sheet Management, Treasury Analytics, Capital, Liquidity, and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead balance sheet reporting, financial analytics, and regulatory reporting processes

- Deliver insights on capital, liquidity, leverage, and returns metrics

- Support treasury and finance leadership with forecasting and performance analysis

- Prepare management reporting for senior decision-making forums

- Monitor reporting controls, governance, and process improvements

- Drive automation and efficiency using analytical tools

Candidate Profile:

- 10-18 years of experience in banking / financial services

- Strong exposure to financial reporting, regulatory reporting, treasury finance, or balance sheet management

- Good understanding of IFRS, liquidity, capital, and banking products

- Strong stakeholder management and analytical capability

- Exposure to Python / SQL will be an advantage
