Lead - Finance - CA

Join a fast-growing AI startup and take ownership of the finance function from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

- Own finance operations including AP/AR, payments, payroll inputs, reimbursements, and compliance.

- Prepare MIS, management dashboards, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and investor reporting.

- Build internal controls, approval processes, and spend governance frameworks.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, compliance partners, and banking stakeholders.

- Support fundraising, board reporting, contract reviews, and strategic finance initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with audit experience.

- 3+ years of experience in venture-backed startups or high-growth companies.

- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Companies Act, accounting, and financial controls.

- Advanced Excel skills and a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset.

- Experience building or scaling finance processes in a startup environment is preferred.
