CTC : 35-45 Lakhs + Same in ESOP

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

Financial Management and Reporting:

- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Systems Development:

- Design and implement efficient financial systems and controls to manage cash flow, expenses, and investments.

- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.

Strategic Planning and Analysis:

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop financial strategies and long-term business plans.

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth, including scenario planning and risk assessment.

Capital Management:

- Manage the company's capital structure, including equity, debt, and working capital.

- Oversee fundraising efforts and investor relations, including preparation of financial materials and communication with stakeholders.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.

- Identify and manage financial risks, including those associated with the real estate market and company's business model.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification preferred

- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior financial management role, preferably within a capital-intensive industry

- Big 4 experience preferred

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting

- Experience with financial systems implementation, analytics and optimization.

- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus
