Lead - Finance (Chartered Accountant 2-6 years experience)
Hiring for a client. This is a role with a B2B SaaS company in Bangalore.
- Handle day-to-day financial operations such as vendor payouts, reimbursements, payroll support, invoicing, and record keeping.
- Build and monitor MIS reports, budget forecasts, cash flow tracking, and monthly dashboards for leadership.
- Enforce expense controls and payment verification to maintain fiscal discipline.
- Coordinate with tax, and company secretarial partners for regulatory filings (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, ROC, RBI, income tax, statutory audits, etc.).
- Track budgets and identify areas for cost optimization across teams.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent with 2-6 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in financial management, MIS reporting, cash flow analysis, and budgeting.
- Previous exposure to working alongside compliance/legal consultants and external agencies.
- A startup-oriented mindset: hands-on, detail-driven, and adaptable to dynamic requirements.
