Lead - Finance Business Partner

Experience - 12 to 15

Location - Mumbai (Kurla)

Must Have:

- Experience in finance roles, with strong exposure to business partnering, preferably within manufacturing or engineering industries.

- Experience working with SAP ERP systems.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes.

- Proficiency in Excel for analysis, reporting, and reconciliations.

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Role Purpose

To lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic business partnering for Energy Solutions, Manufacturing, E-Powertrain, and Special Applications, enabling data-driven decisions, cost optimization, and financial performance improvement across business units.

Key Accountabilities

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for assigned business units.

- Partner with business heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

- Monitor and analyze business performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

- Lead cost control initiatives and margin improvement programs across business verticals.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials in alignment with corporate standards.

- Support investment proposals, capex evaluations, and ROI analysis for new projects.

- Manage internal controls, compliance, and risk mitigation across finance operations.

- Lead and mentor a team of 6 finance professionals, fostering capability development and performance excellence.
