Role: Lead-Finance & Accounts.
Location: Kochi & Yrivandrum.
Experience: 5+ years.
Job mode: ONsite.
Notice period: immediate
- Preparation of financial statements, cashflow, notes to accounts, for the monthly MIS.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensure accurate and timely reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Periodic review of the books accounts of all Experion Group entities.
- Processing payroll of Experion Group entities in India, Australia and recording entries in books.
- Compiling the project salary cost of all Delivery Units and sharing with the Project Management Team.
- Ensuring timely statutory compliances including filing the periodic returns, review of ascertained liability, with respect to GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA etc.
- Handling statutory audit with other team members.
- Handling tax audit, transfer pricing audit by coordinating with the consultants for timely filing of the Forms.
Handling periodic ISO audits:
- Coordinate with the Consultants in the Regions for timely book closure, filing of returns for applicable statutory compliances.
- Revenue computation of projects and reconcile the same with the Project Management Team.
- Preparation of workings for Invoicing from Experion India to the Subsidiary companies on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring timely export bill regularization with Bank by coordinating with the concerned Team members.
- Bank reconciliation and sharing the weekly fund position with the Management.
- Fixed Fee Revenue Computation, finalization and reconciliation with touchbase.
- T&M Revenue Computation and Unbilled Revenue Compilation for MIS and reconciliation with touchbase.
- Verification of Investment proof of employees in the HRMS system for employees opted under Old Tax Regime.
- Preparation of any adhoc reports as may be requirement by the Management.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Adhere to the Information Security Management policies and procedures.

Financial Expertise:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

- Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey financial information to various stakeholders.
Leadership Skills:
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of finance professionals.

- Ability to identify and resolve financial issues, manage risks, and develop creative solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software, financial modeling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
