ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Finance Lead will own the finance function and partner directly with the founders to drive financial planning, business performance, commercial decision-making, governance and scalable finance processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning (FP&A).

- Develop financial models and business performance dashboards.

- Partner with founders on strategic planning and business decisions.

- Drive pricing, profitability and commercial finance analysis.

- Manage manufacturing finance, costing and inventory controls.

- Oversee accounting, audits, statutory compliance and taxation.

- Manage cash flow, treasury and working capital.

- Support fundraising, investor reporting and due diligence.

- Implement ERP, automation and finance process improvements.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- CA preferred; MBA (Finance) is an advantage.

- 8 - 12 years of finance experience.

- Background in Cosmetics, FMCG, Consumer Products, Manufacturing or Pharmaceuticals.

- Strong expertise in FP&A, Business Finance, Costing, MIS, Compliance and Commercial Finance.

- Experience working with founders or high-growth businesses.
