Lead - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and understanding unit economics.

- Own the creation and maintenance of accurate, timely, and insightful Management Information Systems (MIS), dashboards, and financial models.

- Develop and implement scalable processes, controls, and reporting frameworks to support business growth.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- 4 to 7 years of experience in finance roles, with a strong background in FP&A and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and dashboard creation.

- Proven ability to manage a team and work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to leadership and investors
