About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Lead to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
This position is open due to the need for a replacement who can effectively handle the increased complexity associated with our rapid growth in education payments and MSME collections.
The Finance Lead will play a critical role in managing investor reporting, audits, and compliance coordination, ensuring that these processes are executed seamlessly without over-relying on external firms.
This role is essential to providing clear, accurate, and frequent business insights to leadership and investors, as well as scaling finance processes in line with our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and understanding unit economics.
- Own the creation and maintenance of accurate, timely, and insightful Management Information Systems (MIS), dashboards, and financial models.
- Develop and implement scalable processes, controls, and reporting frameworks to support business growth.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in finance roles, with a strong background in FP&A and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and dashboard creation.
- Proven ability to manage a team and work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to leadership and investors
