- Business Management and achieving the set target
- Drive the business by targeting the family offices assigned
- New Client Acquisition of family offices
- Build a strong connect with target audience for maximizing the mind share and market share.
- Synergize with all relevant verticals for achieving the desired objective.
- Work on customized solution by offering Combo products with focus on alternate, offshore and equity products.
- Provide guidance on structural aspects to family offices
- Provide guidance on family office structuring to new/young family offices
- Generate product ideas/ insights basis requirements/demand trends in family offices
- Build strong Client Relationship
- Maintain excellent relationship with existing clients and expansion of key clients
- Ensuring high volume of business in the given location/segment to achieve the desired gross sales and ensuring multi-product sales.
- Develop and maintain key new client base.
- Compliance on all regulatory rules
- Provide strategic support for service excellence and ensure compliance on all regulatory and internal audit requirements
- Ensure all SEBI/AMFI rules and regulations are strictly complied.
- Maintaining MIS & Reporting
- Update client ownership report every month regularly to state/centre head.
- Maintain New client MIS and report to State/centre head
- Ensure corporate client database is updated regularly by sales support.

1. Head Family Office Business Daily Updating status of business
2. Customer service/ Ops & all support functions in the Zone Fortnightly Ensure adequate service to corporate clients & distributors.
3. Investment/ Product team Monthly Discuss with fund managers on key corporate clients and also arrange concall for key clients with the fund managers.
