Must-Haves / Eligibility:
- 8-12 years of experience in external communications, preferably corporate or agency setup.
- Recent experience in Automobile / Auto Components industry.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
Role Purpose
- Strategically manage brand perception.
- Protect the brand and influence stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Enhance brand equity, crisis readiness, customer trust, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute external communication strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage media relations, press releases, and public statements.
- Lead crisis communication planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, public sentiment, and communication effectiveness.
- Build relationships with media, industry bodies, and influencers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
