Job Title: Lead Events & Partnerships.

Location: Bangalore.

Experience: 5-7 Years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the P&L budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and revenue generation.

- Identify scalable formats and partnerships to expand reach and impact.

- Curate lifestyle-driven experiences wellness retreats, cultural immersions, culinary journeys, art and music events.

- Ensure every event reflects the ethos of purpose, relevance, and joy.

- Lead end-to-end event execution from concept to delivery.

- Collaborate with marketing, content, tech, and engagement teams.

- Manage vendors, venues, and external partners.

- Track key metrics attendance, satisfaction, ROI, profitability.

- Develop monetization strategies ticketing, sponsorships, memberships.

Required Skills & Qualification:

- Proven experience in owning and scaling a P&L.

- Strong understanding of premium consumer behavior and experience design.

- Excellent project management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
