Role:
- Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance the organisations global Ethics & Compliance framework.
- Establish a structured compliance governance model covering policies, standards, procedures, controls, ownership, and accountability.
- Monitor regulatory and emerging compliance trends and assess their potential impact on the organisation.
- Translate applicable laws, regulations, and industry expectations into practical internal requirements.
- Establish compliance metrics, dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and management information for senior leadership.
- Own and coordinate the development, review, implementation, and maintenance of key ethics and compliance policies.
- Develop global policies and standards covering areas such as:
1. Code of Conduct and Business Ethics
2. Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption
3. Conflicts of Interest
4. Third-Party Compliance
5. Whistleblowing / Speak-Up
- Ensure policies are clear, risk-based, globally consistent, and adaptable to local regulatory requirements.
- Develop and enhance the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, with a strong focus on compliance and ethical risks.
- Establish risk-based third-party due diligence and onboarding requirements in collaboration with Procurement, Legal, Risk, and business teams.
- Develop and execute the annual Ethics & Compliance Training and Awareness programme.
- Create role-based and risk-based training for employees, managers, senior leaders, and relevant third parties.
