We are looking for an experienced ESG professional to lead sustainability initiatives and drive meaningful business impact across operations, manufacturing, and supply chain.

This role offers an opportunity to shape and execute ESG strategy at scale while working closely with leadership and key stakeholders.

Role Overview:

- The Lead - ESG will be responsible for developing and driving the organization's ESG strategy, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements.

- The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and execution excellence to build a robust sustainability framework and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- The candidate will lead ESG strategy and ensure compliance with global frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, and TCFD.

- They will drive environmental and social initiatives across manufacturing units, focusing on sustainability, operational efficiency, and regulatory adherence.

- The role involves collaborating with internal leadership teams and external stakeholders, including auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

- They will be responsible for building ESG dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data-driven insights to track performance and support decision-making.

- The candidate will also work on improving ESG disclosures, strengthening governance practices, and embedding sustainability into core business processes.

Required Skills:

- The candidate must have strong expertise in ESG strategy, reporting, and compliance frameworks.

- They should have hands-on experience in analytics, dashboarding, and data-driven reporting.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential.

Experience Required:

- The candidate should have 8 to 12 years of experience in ESG or sustainability roles.

- Experience in manufacturing environments will be a strong advantage, particularly in driving sustainability initiatives at scale.
