- We're building new enterprise-grade AI skilling and talent solutions, and we need someone who can open doors , pitch with clarity , follow up with discipline , and close deals .
- You don't need to have staffing or enterprise skilling experience.
But you must be exceptional at:.
- Speaking.
- Presenting.
- Persuading.
- Storytelling.
- Building trust quickly.
- This is a pure sales and closing role.
What You Will Drive.
Enterprise Outreach.
- Identify, reach out to, and engage leaders across GCCs, Fortune 500s, unicorns, and strong engineering-led companies.
- Use LinkedIn heavily - outreach, content, engagement, follow-ups, and prospecting.
First Meetings & Discovery.
- Run sharp, founder-style conversations with prospects.
- Understand org structures, decision-making patterns, and business needs.
- Communicate our value proposition in a simple, powerful narrative.
Enterprise Pitching & Solutioning.
- Present our AI skilling and AI talent models confidently.
- Tailor pitches depending on whether the client is enterprise, GCC, unicorn, or a mid-size engineering team.
Follow-Ups & Closures.
- Maintain high urgency.
- Be relentless with reminders, nudges, next steps, and relationship building.
- Move deals from conversation - proposal - negotiation - close.
Work Directly With the Founder.
- You will work very closely with Raghav on prospecting, narrative building, and enterprise conversations.
- You will be part of the early enterprise leadership build-out of Futurense.
