Lead - Enterprise Risk Management

We are looking for a Risk Management Lead to support the Global Risk Management function in driving enterprise-wide risk practices across global operations. This role will work closely with the Risk Management Director and CRO to implement risk frameworks, enhance risk visibility, and ensure effective planning and governance.

- In addition to core risk responsibilities, the role will also include PMO and planning activities, such as managing workplans, tracking key initiatives, and preparing leadership-level presentations.

Key Responsibilities :

Risk Management :

- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the organizations risk management framework, tools, and methodologies

- Identify, assess, and monitor risks across business units and support the development of risk mitigation plans

- Maintain and manage the risk management system/platform, ensuring data accuracy and reliability

- Track and monitor risk action plans, KPIs, and key initiatives

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

- Consolidate and present risk insights and reports to senior management and leadership forums

- Drive risk awareness initiatives through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement

- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in risk processes

PMO & Governance :

- Support and manage the annual workplan and budget, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities

- Track and manage a portfolio of risk-related projects and initiatives

- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior leadership

- Establish and maintain governance routines, dashboards, and reporting structures

- Coordinate with global stakeholders and ERM leads to ensure effective communication and execution

Key Requirements :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting

- Strong understanding of risk frameworks and methodologies (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000, PRM)

- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams

- Exposure to senior stakeholder interaction and reporting

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in PMO activities, such as project tracking, workplan management, or governance frameworks
