Role Purpose
The Lead - Enterprise Finance Solutions will provide strategic, functional, and delivery leadership for large-scale Finance & Accounting (F&A) transformation programs powered by Oracle ERP.
This role owns the end-to-end F&A solution charter - from vision, design, and governance through execution, stakeholder adoption, and value realization - while leading high-performing multi-location teams and engaging with senior business leaders.
Key Leadership Responsibilities:
Strategic & Advisory Leadership:
- Act as enterprise F&A solution owner for Oracle-led transformation initiatives across geographies.
- Partner with CFOs, Finance Controllers, Global Process Owners, and IT leadership to shape transformation roadmaps.
- Define standardized global finance processes, operating models, and solution blueprints aligned to enterprise strategy.
- Drive process simplification, harmonization, and value-led outcomes, not just system implementation.
Oracle Solution Ownership:
- Provide overall solution governance across Oracle Financials (EBS / Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP).
Own key design decisions across:
- Record to Report (R2R)
- Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Ensure architecture, integrations, data strategy, controls, and reporting meet enterprise and regulatory standards.
- Review and sign off on functional designs, integrations, and enterprise solution risks.
Delivery & Program Leadership:
- Lead large, multi-vendor and multi-location delivery teams.
- Ensure predictable delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
- Chair key governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews.
- Proactively manage program risks, dependencies, and escalations at leadership level.
- Own UAT strategy, business readiness, go-live, and stabilization from a business impact lens.
People & Practice Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and scale senior functional and techno-functional F&A talent.
- Set capability standards, knowledge frameworks, and best practices for Oracle F&A.
- Review solution quality across programs and coach teams on enterprise thinking.
- Support hiring, capability planning, and succession for the F&A Oracle practice.
Pre-Sales & Growth Enablement:
- Lead solutioning, estimations, and client conversations during pursuits and renewals.
- Shape value propositions, transformation roadmaps, and solution narratives for enterprise deals.
- Support executive-level client presentations, proposal defenses, and commercials.
Critical Skills & Experience:
Leadership Experience:
- 1218+ years of experience in Enterprise Finance & Accounting transformations.
- Proven leadership of large Oracle ERP programs in global / multi-country environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at CFO / CXO level.
Oracle & Functional Depth:
- Extensive experience with Oracle Financials (EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud).
- Deep understanding of finance controls, compliance, audit, and reporting.
- Strong grasp of ERP integrations, data migration, and enterprise reporting ecosystems.

Education & Credentials:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent.
- CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Oracle ERP certifications highly desirable.
