To strengthen Brands position as an employer of choice by leading the design and activation of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and building a differentiated employer brand that reflects the company's evolving culture and capabilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Employer Branding:
- Design and oversee the execution of employer brand strategy across all platforms
- Develop and manage consistent brand messaging, tone, and creative identity across digital and physical channels
- Partner with B&C Function to ensure brand coherence
- Lead and review campaign development, content creation, and storytelling initiatives
- Drive participation in external branding opportunities such as awards and university engagements
EVP Activation:
- Translate Brands EVP into practical communication and experience frameworks across the employee lifecycle
- Embed EVP themes by collaborating with HR COEs and HRBPs
- Lead internal and external EVP communication initiatives and campaigns
- Monitor and analyze perception metrics and feedback to measure EVP resonance
- Refresh and refine EVP positioning based on evolving organizational priorities
Sourcing Strategy & Talent Pipelines:
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to build proactive pipelines for critical and emerging skills
- Develop and optimize digital sourcing channels, referral programs, and partnerships
- Oversee relationships with search partners, vendors, and talent communities
- Leverage analytics and market intelligence to improve sourcing ROI and channel effectiveness
- Enable recruiters with tools, frameworks, and best practices for consistent sourcing quality
Candidate Experience Management:
- Define and govern the candidate experience framework to ensure fairness, transparency, and engagement throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with the TA Leads and HRBPs to ensure timely communication, interview coordination, and feedback closure
- Implement experience touchpoints (pre-joining communication, post-offer engagement, onboarding alignment) aligned with EVP messaging
- Monitor candidate satisfaction scores (e.g., post-interview and post-offer feedback) and identify improvement areas
- Ensure consistent, high-quality experience across all candidate interactions - from awareness to onboarding - reflecting brand promise
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or Talent Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or specialist branding/sourcing role
- Proven experience in designing and implementing employer branding and EVP initiatives across digital and offline channels
- Strong understanding of talent sourcing ecosystems, recruitment marketing tools, and talent analytics
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to translate organizational culture into compelling talent narratives
