Lead - Employee Relations & HR Compliance
Description:
- Manage Employee Relations and compliance for North & East zones from Gurgaon.
- Ensure ER documentation meets judicial and regulatory standards.
- Draft and issue memos, show cause notices, suspension, absconding, and PIP letters.
- Prepare replies and representations for ALCs/DLCs and other statutory authorities.
- Support investigations and interface with enquiry officers and legal counsel.
- Handle employee grievances, escalations, and complex ER matters.
- Drive compliance, corrective actions, and ER governance initiatives.
- Assess ER risks, manage litigation support, and advise stakeholders on ER policies.
