Lead - Electrical - Residential Projects

Description:

- Lead and manage complete electrical execution activities for residential projects.

- Review electrical drawings, BOQs, layouts, and technical specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.

- Ensure installation and commissioning of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, lighting, earthing, and fire alarm systems.

- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and electrical safety compliance.

- Handle vendor management, material approvals, procurement coordination, and site inspections.

- Ensure compliance with local electrical regulations, statutory approvals, and safety norms.

- Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during execution and handover stages.

- Manage testing, commissioning, snag closure, and project handover activities.

- Prepare project progress reports, MIS updates, and cost-control measures.

- Lead and mentor site electrical engineers and subcontractor teams.

- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth integration of MEP services with civil and finishing works.

- Ensure energy-efficient and sustainable electrical practices across projects.

- Support budgeting, value engineering, and project planning activities.

- Maintain quality documentation and ensure adherence to project SOPs and standards.
