The Head - SAP will be responsible for the overall governance, architecture, performance, and strategic direction of the organization's SAP ecosystem. The role will lead SAP platform management across Basis, functional modules, integrations, and transformation initiatives, ensuring SAP systems effectively support business operations, scalability, and digital transformation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Lead Digital Transformation (IT SAP) within the EPC Industry, you will spearhead the strategic planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives, leveraging SAP solutions to drive operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and foster innovation. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to define the digital roadmap, implement SAP modules, and ensure seamless integration across the organization. This role is pivotal in modernizing our client's business processes and achieving their strategic objectives through technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the client's business goals, focusing on leveraging SAP capabilities to optimize EPC processes.

- Lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP modules, including SAP FICO and SAP Basis, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to industry best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through digital solutions, driving efficiency and reducing operational costs.

- Manage a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery and knowledge transfer.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of SAP system documentation, training materials, and support resources to enable effective user adoption and ongoing system performance.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital transformation initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to maximize business impact.

- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and adherence to agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex digital transformation projects, particularly within the EPC industry, leveraging SAP solutions.

- Extensive experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support, with a strong understanding of SAP FICO and SAP Basis modules.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to drive consensus and achieve project objectives.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
