Job Description:

Multivista Global Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Projects / Digital Transformation Head to lead our organization's digital transformation journey.

This pivotal role will involve managing the current complete IT landscape at the company that includes ERP, CRM, HRMIS and custom-built platforms , Steer and spearhead the company's new digital initiatives, and ensuring smooth collaboration between various functional departments and IT vendors to meet business needs.

The IT Projects/Digital Transformation Head will be responsible for the entire span from managing the IT platform operations to overseeing the future digital transformation strategy.

Core to the role will be master plan development, technology & vendor evaluation, implementation and project management with internal and external stakeholders and post-implementation maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring the stability and bugs if any in all our platforms.

The individual will drive the IT vision for the company and ensure that all current and future digital tools and technologies are successfully integrated into our business processes, improving efficiency, delivering scalability, and bringing about ease of access to information and critical reports and support the overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Lead and design the IT landscape and digital transformation strategy as a continuous process with a future view.

- Develop a roadmap for digital transformation in alignment with the company's business objectives and evolving market demands.

- Ensure that all digital transformation efforts meet the functional needs of the various departments while also being technically sound and commercially viable.

- Selection of the appropriate technology, vendors keeping in mind a master plan approach.

Project Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and in line with quality expectations.

- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage resources to achieve desired outcomes.

- Coordinate with internal departments to understand their specific functional needs and ensure technology solutions are aligned with these needs.

Vendor Management:

- Evaluate, select, and manage external consultants, experts and vendors as needed for each project.

- Selection must align with the organization's goals, timelines, and budgets.

- Negotiate contracts and SLAs, ensuring that vendors deliver high-quality services within agreed timelines.

- Continuously assess vendor performance and take corrective actions as needed to meet business requirements.

Cross-functional Coordination:

- Collaborate with internal department heads to ensure the IT landscape addresses organizational needs across all functions (e., Finance, HR, Sales, Operations).

- Ensure seamless communication between functional teams and IT, bridging the gap between business and technical teams.

Digital Innovation & Transformation:

- Identify and introduce new technologies and solutions that can enhance business operations and improve customer experience.

- Elevate on a continuous basis - "ease of doing business" both within the company and for our customers.

- Manage the adoption of cloud services, automation, data analytics, and other cutting-edge technologies.

Change Management:

- Lead organizational change initiatives related to IT and digital transformation.

- Provide appropriate training and support for internal teams to adapt to new systems and processes.

Risk & Compliance Management:

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies regarding IT infrastructure, data protection, and security.

- Identify and manage risks related to the digital transformation and IT landscape.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.

- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT project management, digital transformation, or IT operations, with at least 5 years in a Middle management or leadership position overseeing IT projects.

- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT systems, cloud technologies, ERP systems, data analytics, AI and other digital tools.

- Vendor Management Skills: Proven experience in evaluating, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships for IT projects.

- Project Management: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e., Agile), and experience in delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

- Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and manage change within an organization.
