Lead - Digital Strategy & Transformation - IT

Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

15 - 16 years of experience in Digital Transformation, IT, Business Process Improvement, or Technology Leadership roles.

- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital initiatives.

- Strong understanding of ERP/SAP systems, automation technologies, cloud platforms, analytics, and emerging digital technologies.

- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or large enterprise environments is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Transformation:

- Develop and execute the organizations digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Identify opportunities for process digitization, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

- Drive digital innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.

- Establish digital governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.

Technology & Solution Leadership:

- Lead implementation of enterprise digital platforms such as SAP, ERP, CRM, MES, IoT, AI/ML, RPA, Data Analytics, and Cloud solutions.

- Evaluate new technologies and recommend scalable solutions that support business growth.

- Oversee digital project portfolios from concept to deployment and benefits realization.

- Ensure integration of digital solutions across business functions.

Project & Program Management:

- Manage multiple digital transformation projects with accountability for scope, timeline, quality, and budget.

- Track KPIs and business benefits to ensure successful realization of project outcomes.

- Mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Data & Analytics:

- Drive data-driven decision-making through digital dashboards, business intelligence, and analytics solutions.
