Application development - designing major aspects of the architecture of custom applications, including components such as user interface, middleware, and infrastructure - Providing technical leadership to the application development team

- Performing design reviews

- Ensuring that uniform enterprise wide application design standards are maintained

- Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure the architecture is aligned with business requirements.

- Rollout and Support CMC(IP21) platform Perform break/fix analysis and get fixes implemented.

- Direct service desk team (3rd party) and facilitate incident and problem resolution.

- SLA adherence and reporting on periodic basis.

- Monthly review with each Unit, prepare action plan for fixing gaps.

- Continuous improvement and competency development

- Collaborating with stakeholders to get inputs on usage and improvements required.

- Conduct refresher courses

- Share technical and best practice process knowledge.

- Set up a platform for knowledge sharing of best practices.
