Job Title: Digital Marketing - Revenue & Growth (B2B Corporate Gifting)

CTC Range: - 25 LPA - 40 LPA (Revenue-Linked Compensation)
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years
Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing leader to spearhead revenue growth for our B2B eCommerce platform specializing in corporate gifting. This role demands a sharp commercial mindset, hands-on digital execution, and the ability to build scalable marketing engines that convert.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy & Planning:
- Define and own the digital marketing roadmap aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targets
-Build and execute GTM strategies for corporate gifting across industries and geographies
- Develop ROI-driven campaigns across paid, organic, and partnership channels
Platform & Channel Ownership:
- Identify and manage performance across platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email, affiliate, and B2B marketplaces
- Optimize website, landing pages, and funnel performance for lead generation and conversion
- Leverage CRM and automation tools to nurture leads and drive repeat business
Corporate Gifting Focus:
- Deep understanding of B2B gifting cycles, procurement behavior, and seasonal demand
- Create tailored outreach and content strategies for HR, Admin, Procurement, and CXO-level buyers
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and offers
Marketing Budget & ROI Management:
- Own and manage the digital marketing budget with a focus on CAC, LTV, and payback period
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in digital marketing for B2B eCommerce, preferably in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, or employee engagement
- Strong grasp of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and marketing automation
- Commercially astute with a clear understanding of revenue metrics and growth levers
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing with a revenue-centric approach
- Prior experience in remote-first environments preferred
