Role: Lead - Performance Marketing

Location: Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time

Revenue Ownership & Growth:

- Own end-to-end revenue outcomes from performance marketing channels

- Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization aligned to ARR, LTV/CAC, ROAS, and payback targets

- Forecast revenue contribution and performance impact on a weekly and monthly basis

- Scale revenue profitably across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Affiliate Marketing, and Programmatic platforms

Channel Execution & Scaling:

- Build and optimize high-spend, revenue-efficient campaign structures across paid and affiliate channels

- Lead experimentation focused on revenue uplift, not vanity metrics

- Optimize full-funnel performance-from click to activation to repeat usage

- Drive channel-level profitability and budget reallocation based on marginal ROAS

Affiliate & Partner Revenue:

- Own affiliate-led revenue growth across publishers, partners, and networks

- Build scalable affiliate acquisition models with strong fraud controls and payout efficiency

- Expand high-intent, performance-driven partnerships to deliver incremental revenue Funnel, Product & Conversion Impact

- Partner with Product, Growth, Analytics, and Engineering to improve activation rates, onboarding, pricing signals, and revenue conversion

- Influence product and funnel decisions using revenue-backed insights

- Identify and fix revenue leakage across the customer journey

Data, Attribution & Business Reviews:

- Own attribution models, dashboards, and revenue reporting

- Track and analyze ARR contribution, CAC, LTV, ROAS, cohort performance, and funnel drop-offs

- Present clear revenue insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Budget Ownership & Governance:

- Own and deploy multi-crore monthly budgets with strict ROI accountability

- Set guardrails for CAC, payback, and profitability while scaling spend

- Identify new geographies, channels, and programmatic opportunities to unlock revenue

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performance, revenue-accountable marketing team

- Set clear revenue KPIs and ownership for each team member and agency partner

- Establish best-in-class revenue playbooks, operating rhythms, and governance

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and Programmatic certifications are a plus

Experience & Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in revenue-driven performance marketing

- 2-3+ years of people leadership experience

- Mandatory experience in an online, product-led business (fintech preferred)

- Demonstrated success in scaling paid and affiliate channels with clear revenue ownership

- Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta, Affiliate platforms, and Programmatic buying

- Strong experience with analytics, attribution, and revenue forecasting tools (GA, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)

- Strong business judgment with a deep understanding of unit economics and growth trade-off.

Preferred:

- Experience scaling performance marketing in the US market

- Exposure to DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar programmatic platforms
